Job Title: Customer Service Support
Location: Livermore CA
Pay: $34-35/hr
Duties:
SAP Order Management
Must have 1-2 years of SAP order processing and call center experience.
Responsible for order entry, validation, monitoring orders to delivery schedule, resolving invoice issues.
Interacts with customers, company sales and/or field service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions for domestic and international customers.
Must be highly responsible and able to follow through tasks to completion.
Must be flexible to work holidays.
Work Swing Shift Hours - Monday to Friday 2pm to 11pm PST.
